1. General Credit Sales Terms

BOPINK utilizes an in-app digital Credit system to power compute-intensive AI face swap algorithms, model inferences, and high-resolution rendering. All purchases of Credit packages and Subscription tiers made through our payment processor (Creem gateway) are final.

Because digital credits provide instant compute allocation upon purchase, successfully delivered Credits that have been redeemed or spent on completed AI image tasks cannot be refunded for fiat currency or cash equivalents.

2. Automatic System Failure Refund Guarantee

We stand behind the reliability of our AI infrastructure. We guarantee zero risk of lost Credits due to technical errors:

• Automatic Detection: If an AI generation task fails due to a server timeout, model processing error, or backend infrastructure malfunction, our automated stored procedure (`refund_user_credits`) will immediately detect the failure.
• Instant Reversion: 100% of the Credits deducted for that specific failed task are instantly credited back to your account balance without requiring manual support tickets.
• Zero Deduction on Cancelled Tasks: If a task is interrupted prior to execution, no Credits are consumed.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds for fiat currency or credit card chargebacks will not be granted under the following circumstances:

• Credits that have been spent on successfully rendered AI images matching your selected prompt or template parameters.
• User dissatisfaction with subjective artistic choices, lighting styles, or prompt phrasing when the AI model executed the generation request cleanly.
• Accounts terminated due to violations of our Acceptable Use Policy (such as attempting to upload prohibited or non-consensual content).

4. Subscription Cancellations

Pro and Creator Subscription memberships may be cancelled at any time prior to the next billing cycle through your account settings or the payment management portal. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to your Pro subscription features and remaining Credit balance until the end of your current billing period.
• No partial pro-rated refunds are issued for unused days within an active billing month.
